Lady Knights Auxiliary

Ocean City Lady Knights Auxiliary: Empowering Catholic Women in Service and Charity

The Ocean City Lady Knights Auxiliary was originally organized in April of 1987. We are the: Wives, Widows, Mothers, Daughters, Granddaughters and Sisters of members of the Knights of Columbus living and deceased. In addition, we welcome all Catholic women over the age of eighteen.

We are a separate organization but share a pleasant working relationship with the Ocean City Knights of Columbus, Council 9053. We strive to support these fine Catholic Christian men in their works of charity. In addition we perform our own charitable works for our churches and community.

Our greatest incentive is dedication to the Gospel message found in Matthew 25:35-36.

“For I was hungry, and you gave me food, I was thirsty, and you gave me drink, I was a stranger, and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me. What soever you do for the least of my brethren, that you do unto Me”

- Matthew 25:35-36.

Welcome from the President...

My name is Adrienne Celeste. I am the president of The Ocean City Lady Knights
Auxiliary INC. I have been a member of the Auxiliary for over twenty years. I originally
joined the auxiliary because my husband was a member of the Ocean City Knights of
Columbus Council 9053 and I wanted to work in partnership with the Knights in their
spiritual and charitable endeavors. I wanted to follow Jesus’ call to love one and other
and to help those in need. I wanted to give but in return I have been given so much
more. I have met and worked with a group of men and woman who share the same
values and morals. We are a group of ladies who are willing to work for, to give to and to
share with those in need. We are a group of ladies who are there for each other I have
met a true group of friends.

If something in your spiritual life is missing and you are looking for something more and
have a desire to help, you can find it here. Please consider joining us. Please contact
me at acyankee48@hotmail.com.
